01. So what does The Paraplan Project do?

We understand that financial planners value time with their clients, collaboration with their paraplanners and freedom to tailor their service. That’s why we are passionate about working closely with you to provide a professional, yet personable paraplanning service with technical expertise underpinning all that we do.

02. How do you protect client information?

Protection of client information is our first priority and before commencing any service both parties will be required to sign a GDPR agreement. All our projects are carried out within a secure file sharing environment to ensure your client data is protected. The Paraplan Project is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

03. When should I expect my project back?

Our paraplanning projects are returned within 5 working days of receiving a completed file, although they are typically delivered sooner. All consultancy and training projects are delivered within a mutually agreed timescale.

04. Are you regulated with the FCA?

The Paraplan Project is not regulated by the FCA as the financial planner is responsible for the client outcome provided. We do, however, take pride in our projects and want to ensure our projects adhere with FCA compliance and guidance. The Paraplan Project has Personal Indemnity cover for £1million.

05. What costs are involved?

We offer our projects on an hourly or fixed fee basis, which is bespoke to the service you require. Please contact us if you would like to find out more.
